Ford PR, as it turns out, was deciding how to handle the worldwide debut of its Mustang convertible when the show was planned.

Still, automakers DaimlerChrysler and Bentley Motors are sticking to their guns and Jaguar chose not to return a call about its plans.

In addition to the "secret" debuts, the show will also feature the world debuts of the 2006 Chevrolet HHR The Chevrolet HHR (for Heritage High Roof) is a small retro-styled compact wagon[1][2] launched by the Chevrolet division of American automaker General Motors at the 2005 Los Angeles Auto Show as a 2006 model. , 2006 Pontiac Torrent and redesigned 2005 Volkswagen Jetta.
