Quicklaw America Inc., an Internet legal information provider, has been awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) by the Library of Congress FEDLINK (Federal Library and Information Network) program. The BOA number is 00CLFB70001.

Quicklaw America is a privately held online legal publisher providing attorneys and other legal researchers with affordable Internet access to the most up-to-date version of the United States Code and Code of Federal Regulations. The service also includes U.S. Statutes at Large, federal court rules and links to other legal research services such as the Internet Law Library. Attorney editors average over 20 years of experience in updating U.S. law, rules, and regulations and provide editorial enhancements to the Quicklaw America service. Additional materials, such as case reports and other primary and secondary legal information, will be added in the near future. FEDLINK is a cooperative program of the Federal Library and Information Center Committee (FLICC) operating under the Library of Congress' Delegation of Procurement Authority. FEDLINK offers any U.S. federal agency, through its library, information center or other information-oriented office, an opportunity to enhance its available resources to meet the requirements of its personnel. FEDLINK was originally established in 1976 to allow federal libraries to participate in the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC). FEDLINK's mission is to serve Federal Libraries and Information Centers as their purchasing, training, and resource-sharing consortium.
