Quick-Access Closures.

WSF Industries has expanded its line of Rapidoor closures used for cylinders, tanks, autoclaves and pressure vessels. These doors, designed to lock and unlock in seconds, are available in different configurations that open from the top, bottom or side using vertical or horizontal slide systems, davit hinge and other styles. They work on cylinders, tanks or vessels (including pressurized enclosures) that require quick access and a positive seal. The doors are available in carbon, clad or stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, Hastalloy and other metals, and can be custom-designed for specific sizes and access styles. A wedge-lock, breech action design provides fast, safe and trouble-free opening and closing of the doors. Automatic or remote operation is available and locking rings can be rotated mechanically, hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically. Safety interlocks prevent unlocking while a vessel is under pressure and prevent process inception until the closure is locked securely. Door fabrication meets Section VIII, ASME Code Requirements.
