Many requirements must be met before you can attend the four-day skill building Tutorial An instructional book or program that takes the user through a prescribed sequence of steps in order to learn a product. * Stature as a physician--a licensed MD or DO who is board certified board certified,

The four-day skill building Tutorial includes an oral evaluation, a written evaluation, and daily video evaluation of skills.
