Questex Media (Newton, MA) has acquired Imaging Network (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), a B2B (Business to Business) Refers to one business communicating with or selling to another. See B2B e-commerce, B2C and B2G.

 multimedia company serving the office products channel, including the office technology, office product and office furniture fields. No terms of the deal were given.

The company produces web sites, events, custom publications, related e-newsletters and three print magazines, including "ImageSource," "Office Furniture & Design" and "OfficeWorld News." "ImageSource," a monthly magazine targeted to a controlled audience of 24,000 document technology dealers, managers and IT directors. It carries industry information and developments, industry trends, and content on sales and marketing techniques, financial analysis and strategies for entering software solution sales.
