Quebec province's instruction about religion upheld.A Quebec judge has ruled that a school course requiring students to learn about different religions does not infringe on their religious freedom. The course is taught to students in grades one and eleven and has a particular emphasis on religions that are part of Quebec's heritage, including Catholicism, Protestantism, Judaism and aboriginal spirituality.
