Quebec only province to meet affordable housing goals. (Shelter).


VANCOUVER -- Quebec is the only province that has met its obligations and the federal provincial Affordable Housing Framework Agreement in Quebec City in November of 2001, according to according to

The federal government agreed to provide $680 million over five years for new affordable housing. The provinces agreed to match the federal funds Federal Funds
