("Performance") are pleased to announce that the Quebec Securities Commission has now provided the necessary approval to allow Quail Ridge and Performance to close the previously announced arm's-length amalgamation of Quail Ridge and Performance (the "Amalgamation") to form a new company which will continue as Performance Optician Software Corporation ("Amalco").

The Amalgamation will constitute the Major Transaction of Quail Ridge as defined in Circular 2.4 of the Canadian Venture Exchange The Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) is now a defunct stock exchange having been acquired by the TSX Group in 2001 and renamed the TSX Venture Exchange. History of the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX)  Inc. ("CDNX") Corporate Finance Manual. The final outstanding closing documentation with respect to the Amalgamation has now been completed and the required documentation has now been filed with CDNX as requested in their conditional listing approval. The parties now await final CDNX approval for the Amalgamation and the bulletin of CDNX announcing when the common shares will commence trading on CDNX under the new name Performance Optician Software Corporation.
