QinetiQ North America Appoints Kimberly Rupert to Head Contracts and Procurement.

MCLEAN, Va. -- QinetiQ North America (QNA) announced today that Kimberly S. Rupert has been appointed senior vice president of contracts and procurement. In this capacity, Rupert will oversee QNA's contract and procurement policies, compliance, pricing, and supplier management efforts.
