QUARTZ HILL OPENS LONG-SOUGHT CENTER FOR POLICE, CHAMBER.Byline: Greg Botonis Staff Writer PALMDALE - Hundreds of people, many dressed in western garb, gathered in Quartz Hill on Saturday morning to join the grand opening celebration of the new Quartz Hill Town Center.
