:NMKT) today announced that its affiliate, TekVoice Communications, a leader in Voice over IP (VoIP), and QTEL, a pioneer in the installation and management of secured wireless networks, have entered into a joint venture agreement to offer converged broadband voice and data services to the Enterprise, SoHo and residential markets in Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies. .

Both companies have extensive experience in Latin America.
