(Nasdaq: QSTK), which operates nine Minnesota Steakhouse and Timber Lodge Steakhouse restaurants, announced today that Doron R. Jensen has resigned as President, Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president. and Treasurer to pursue other interests. Mr. Jensen remains an employee of the Company, active in the marketing area. Mr. Jensen also remains a director of the Company and is expected to be re-elected as a director at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held next week. Mr. Jensen stated, "The Company has expanded its operations to nine steakhouse restaurants. Although I am proud of the accomplishments that we have made during my tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer, it is time in my life to move on to other interests. I remain excited about the Company and its prospects, and look forward to an on-going relationship with the Company."
