Thank you for this excellent article. Having practiced Transcendental Meditation for many years, I can wholeheartedly vouch for it benefits. I spontaneously find myself to be happier, healthier, and more centered in all kinds of situations. The beauty of it is that little word ‘spontaneously.’ It just happens – not through tiring concentration, not through imagining or believing or anything else. When the deep-rooted stressed are melted away, the inner self automatically shines through more and more. I recommend http://www.tmbusiness.org and http://www.doctorsontm.org as great resources.
