Punjab University approves 8 synopsis, 17 PhD reports.

LAHORE, August 04, 2010 (Frontier Star): A meeting of Punjab University Punjab University can refer to one of the following:

     Advanced Studies and Research Board (AS&RB) was held under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran in his office committee room here Wednesday. The meeting solved the cases of PhD scholars sent for review in the Board by PU departments, institutes, colleges and schools. In the meeting, 8 PhD synopsis, 17 reports on PhD theses and 16 panel of examiners for PhD thesis review were approved. He acquired the surname from having memorized the Qur'an at an early age.  Muhammad Iqbal, Prof Dr Muhammad Ehsan Malik, Prof Dr Liaqat Ali, Prof Dr Hafiz Mahmood Akhtar, Prof Dr S Qalb-i-Abid, Prof Dr Anwaar A Khan, Prof Dr Kh Haris Rashid, Prof Dr Mehr Muhammad Saeed Akhtar, Prof Dr Muhammad Hafeez, Prof Dr Abdul Ghaffar, Prof Dr Muhammad Naeem Khan, Prof Dr Zahid Karim Khan and Faqir Muhammad Irfan attended the meeting.
