Power and Associates 2005 New Home-Builder Customer Satisfaction Study(SM), marking the sixth-straight year Pulte has achieved this distinction among America's largest home building companies. Qualifying builders in each market had to have a minimum of 150 home closings in the prior year and a minimum of 50 returned questionnaires. The four-page questionnaire was mailed to all buyers of qualifying builders from March through July 2005.
