SMOKERS will be able to buy herbal cigarettes from vending machines in pubs after the ban is introduced, it emerged yesterday. The Irish Cigarette Machine Operators Association is pressing ahead with plans to stock up on herbal brands after learning they won't be affected by the new laws. But the Irish Cancer Society slammed the latest move as a danger to workers' health.
