Publicity-Seeking Celebrities Receive Less Privacy Protection From PCC...




Celebrities who court publicity will now receive less protection from the Press Complaints Commission if their privacy is infringed. The PCC PCC prothrombin complex concentrate.  - a self-regulatory organisation for the press - has published its revised Code of Conduct. In other changes, the press now have wider rights to break the Code where this is in the public interest; previously, they had to show how the public interest was served by their action, whereas they now only have to say that they 'reasonably believed' that it would be served.
