The Federal Reserve Board on July 1, 2003, announced the publication of Spanish-language versions of two popular consumer brochures, in both print and electronic formats.

An adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) is a mortgage loan where the interest rate on the note is periodically adjusted based on an index.

A mortgage that features predetermined adjustments of the loan interest rate at regular intervals based on an established index. The interest rate is adjusted at each interval to a rate equivalent to the index value plus a predetermined spread, or
