Prunes, colas & the tango?

Prunes seem to not only keep women regular but they also may reverse bone loss--in rats that is--so says a study from the Departments of Nutritional Sciences and Biosystems & Agricultural Engineering, Oklahoma State University. (Menopause, Vol. 12, No. 6, 2005). Drinking cola beverages (regular and diet), may raise your blood pressure, according to an analysis of 12 years of data on more than 33,000 women with high blood pressure from the Nurses Health Study (JAMA, vol. 294 No. 18, Nov. 9, 2005). Dancing the tango may improve your brain and balance, according to a study by McGill University School of Physical and Occupational Therapy.
