Prudential Douglas Elliman retail team still growing.Sometimes in order to grow, you have to change--and change can be a very good thing indeed. That is why, as a result of the tremendous success I've had as the head of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing and Sales Division, I knew it was time, once again, to take it to the next level. Adding to our already dynamic team of accomplished leasing and sales professionals, we have expanded our boundaries--brokering many more regional and national deals by the minute--which is why it became apparent that more talent was in order. In the past month, we hired five additional salespeople. Jennifer M. Baker, Richard T. Brazzano, Jeff D'Allessandro, Nina Feld and Owen Henry followed the recent appointment of four other new group members (Ben Kofron, Julius Nasso, Efraim Navas and Edward R. Pezzaro), all of whom work out of the firm's corporate headquarters on Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. Here's the line-up of these exciting new team members: Jennifer M. Baker joined Prudential Douglas Elliman from Ohio, where she spent the past several years as a sales associate. During her career there, she was named the "2004 Rookie Salesperson of the Year" and Cleveland, Ohio's "2005 Home Builder Association Salesperson of the Year." In her new position, Ms. Baker is focusing on the European, West Coast and New York luxury retail markets. Ms. Baker earned a BA in Management Information Systems from Kent State University and an MBA MBA abbr. Master of Business Administration Noun 1. Brazzano's strong real estate background is being used to evaluate and analyze the team's conversion and new construction projects. Over the past few years, he was a commercial and real estate investment executive at Weichert Realtors Weichert Realtors was established in 1969 by Jim Weichert.[1] The first office was in Chatham, New Jersey. The company has now grown from a single office to nearly 19,200 sales associates in over 500 company-owned and franchised sales offices in key markets throughout , Mazzeo Agency and, prior to that, as a residential sales agent with Douglas Elliman. Mr. Brazzano attended Arizona State University Arizona State University, at Tempe; coeducational; opened 1886 as a normal school, became 1925 Tempe State Teachers College, renamed 1945 Arizona State College at Tempe. Jeff D'Allessandro came to Prudential Douglas Elliman's retail team after spending years as an associate broker in the firm's Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing divisions. He also previously held an associate broker position with Citihabitats New York, where he was a top producer for many consecutive years. His expertise in Long Island and the boroughs is being utilized for both tenant and landlord representation assignments. Mr. D'Allessandro has attended numerous International Council of Shopping Centers The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is an international trade association of the shopping center industry. The organization, founded in 1957, has 65,000 members worldwide, which include shopping center owners, developers and managers, as well as other individuals, (ICSC ICSC International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC International Chemical Safety Cards ICSC International Civil Service Commission ICSC International Council of Shopping Centres ICSC International Catholic Stewardship Council ) workshops, completed advanced management training programs, attended the Master Sales Academy--open only to the country's top two percent in residential and commercial brokerage--and is a member of the Commercial Investment Network. Nina Feld joined Prudential Douglas Elliman from New York Commercial Realty. She is an artist, spent many years working for several architectural firms, and comes from an architectural and interior design background, as her family owned a renowned furniture business. Ms. Feld earned a BS in Fine Art from Skidmore College Skidmore College, at Saratoga Springs, N.Y.; chartered and opened 1911 as Skidmore School of Arts (for women) through a gift from Lucy Skidmore Scribner; chartered as a college 1922. And last, but certainly not least, Owen Henry joined the retail group, where his impressive office leasing background are enabling him to assist with the group's office leasing requirements and the regional retail market. Mr. Henry joined Prudential Douglas Elliman from Tungsten Properties, where he was a commercial leasing tenant representative. He earned his BS from Fordham University Fordham University (fôr`dəm), in New York City; Jesuit; coeducational; founded as St. John's College 1841, chartered as a university 1846; renamed 1907. Fordham College for men and Thomas More College for women merged in 1974. , majoring in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. Mr. Henry is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Fordham University President's Alumni Association.
