Prudential Douglas Elliman celebrates another record year.


On February 15, Prudential Douglas Elliman celebrated their year in real estate at its annual awards breakfast at Cipriani 42nd Street.

 Herman hosted 800 Prudential Douglas Elliman agents and employees as they honored superstar residential brokers including Dolly Lenz, Ilan Bracha and Daniela Kunen. Powerhouse Faith Hope Consolo, who heads up Prudential Douglas Elliman's retail division, won an award for attaining the most sales volume in the retail and commercial category and industry veteran Betsy Green received a Lifetime Achievement Award. Jason Walker Jason Walker is a male vocalist from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania known for his soulful diva-like vocals. He scored a #1 track on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2004 with "Foolish Mind Games" and in 2005 with "Set It Free. , an industry new-comer in the TriBeCa office was named "Rookie of the Year Rookie of the Year may refer to:

" in recognition of his outstanding sales volume.

"Because of our agents, we again outperformed the industry," said Herman. "2005 was truly a banner year for us." Prudential Douglas Elliman's closed transactions totaled 13,511; gross commission income exceeded $290 million and sales volume was upwards of $11.1 billion.

 award as the firm's top producer. Taking home the #2 ranking was Ilan Bracha, an Executive Vice President based out of the Eastside office. Bracha also won awards for having signed the most sales exclusives and closed the most sales transactions in the company during the year. Caroline Banker won for having closed the most retail and commercial transactions in 2005.

Herman used the occasion to formally announce that Stephen Kotler, an agent with the company for many years, was moved to a management position last year with the title of Executive Vice President, Sales Manager sales manager ngerente m/f de ventas

, and had recently taken on responsibilities for relocation & business development. Kotler and his team of agents' achievements for 2005 would have won them the second place position in the company.

Among the top ten individual award winners was Daniela Kunen, whose twenty-five years as an agent has seen more than $3 billion in sales. Jacky Teplitzky won the #4 ranking. Tamir Shemesh (5th), Ronald Lense (6th), Sachiko Goodman (7th), Ann Cutbill Lenane (8th), Darren Sukenik (9th) and Marlene Steiner (10th) rounded out the list.
