Prudential Douglas Elliman broker becomes a TV star on CNN's new show.

"Open House" is a new program on the CNN Financial Network that covers housing trends, mortgage rates, financing options, renovations and decorating tips.

Jermusyk offered insight into the real estate market in North Fork North Fork, river, c.100 mi (160 km) long, rising in the Ozarks, S Mo., and flowing S, into N Ark., to the White River. Near its mouth is Norfolk Dam (completed 1944), which impounds Norfolk Lake and has a power plant. and assisted the CNN team in gathering footage of local homes.

She also arranged interviews with prospective buyers Catherine Grillo and Carole Donlin, a Mattituck homeowner.

"It's wonderful to work with a program that deals with the intricacies of home-buying," said Prudential Douglas Elliman Mattituck branch manager John de Reeder.

"Purchasing a home is a big decision financially and emotionally. We expect 'Open House' to be a valuable resource and we're delighted to be involved."
