Commercial Real Estate announced today three new lease transactions totaling 7,215 s/f at 500 Portion Rd. in Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y. The leases were with three existing tenants each of whom sought expanded office space in the building. Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate is the exclusive leasing agent for the landlord, 500 Portion Road Associates, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
LLC - Logical Link Control . The transactions were handled by Mark J. Walsh, vice president of the property management arm of Prudential CRES.
