Proxity Presents UAV Products to Investment Community at Homeland Defense & Security Luncheon.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Proxity Digital Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDNW), through Cyber Aerospace Corp., an operating subsidiary of Proxity's Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:CYDF) announces the Company presented their unique line of UAV products to the investment community attending yesterday's Homeland Defense & Security Luncheon in Atlanta.

Billy Robinson/Proxity CEO, and Joe Theismann/Proxity National Spokesperson showed images of the Cyber Scout mini UAV in flight to an audience of 73 shareholders, institutional investors, private investors, and retail brokers. The Company then introduced their latest development, the micro-mini CyberBug UAV.

Mike Lawson, President of Techsphere International Systems, Inc., a Proxity marketing team member, also addressed the group regarding the current Aerosphere SA-76 UAV developments. Techsphere manufactures the SA line of UAVs, which Cyber Aerospace is marketing to the U.S. Government and its allies.

The Proxity team of Robinson, Theismann and Lawson took questions from the audience and discussed the Company's present status and expected growth over the next three years. Their appearance and comments at the luncheon will soon be available on Your Money, an internet-based weekly TV show.
