 Pinksheets:PDNW) with Media Fusion, Inc. has expired without the merger taking place. However, the companies plan to maintain a relationship that allows them to focus on their core technologies and to work together when opportunities arise.

PDNW and Media Fusion remain in high-level negotiations for PDNW to provide Media Fusion with resources including intra-net support to gain a stake in the growing new power measurement and power line communications markets, which have seen dramatic increases in commercial interest in recent months. In particular, Media Fusion's Electro-resistance Magnetic Resonance magnetic resonance, in physics and chemistry, phenomenon produced by simultaneously applying a steady magnetic field and electromagnetic radiation (usually radio waves) to a sample of atoms and then adjusting the frequency of the radiation and the strength of the  Conversion(TM) power line communications technology and Power Measurement Informatics(TM) technology are gaining commercial and investor interest.

Media Fusion continues to focus on bringing new technologies into the marketplace in the power line communications and power measurement markets. Media Fusion recognizes that it will need extensive support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services , including intra-net services, and is discussing which of those services PDNW may provide.

PDNW management which feels that Media Fusion's power measurement and powerline communications technologies have great potential for the 21st century, is re-examining its web-based business, and plans to redirect its fixed assets in the world wide web to achieve gains in higher value intra-net services.
