Provider Advantage Selects Quovadx Financial Interoperability Solution to Increase Efficiency for Its Insurance Verification System.

(Nasdaq:QVDX), a global software and vertical solution company, today announced that Provider Advantage NW, Inc., a national provider of automated, integrated real-time healthcare information software, selected the Quovadx Cloverleaf[R] Integration Suite in the fourth quarter of 2006, to increase the efficiency of its insurance verification solution by accelerating connectivity from its customers to its payer insurance organizations and Hospital Information System (HIS) vendors.

Through its relationship with Quovadx, Provider Advantage will be able to achieve greater interoperability for its customers and bring direct connectivity to market more quickly. The Cloverleaf Integration Suite, the most widely selected integration engine in the industry, will collect and translate the data sent from disparate payer systems to the Provider Advantage insurance verification solution, thereby accelerating connectivity to its payers and HIS vendors. Additionally, the Cloverleaf[R] product will be used for core development efforts by Provider Advantage, allowing its programmers to readily build and customize Health Level Seven (HL7) interfaces to seamlessly communicate with the products of all major HIS vendors, providing streamlined interoperability to all of Provider Advantage's customers.

The Cloverleaf Integration Suite will also help the Provider Advantage insurance verification solution accelerate the billing cycle, reducing the total number of claims that are rejected by payer organizations and minimizing the number of re-worked claims -- saving Provider Advantage customers overhead costs and man-hours from re-billing.
