See endocarditis, infective. .UN) (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :PVX) (Provident) today announced its January cash distribution will be CDN (Content Delivery Network) A system of distributed content on a large intranet or the public Internet in which copies of content are replicated and cached throughout the network. $0.12 per unit payable on February 15, 2006. January's distribution is consistent with the monthly distributions paid to unitholders since November 2003. January's distribution will be paid to unitholders of record on January 23, 2006. The ex-distribution date will be January 19, 2006. For unitholders receiving their distribution in U.S. funds, the January 2006 cash distribution will be approximately US$0.10 per unit based on an exchange rate of 0.8553. The actual U.S. dollar distribution will depend on the Canadian/U.S. dollar exchange rate on the payment date and will be subject to applicable withholding taxes.
