Providence Posts New Symbol and Exploration Update.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Providence Resources, Inc. ("Providence") (OTCBB: PVRS) today announced that the company has changed its name from "Healthbridge, Inc." to Providence and that the company's trading symbol will change from "HHBR" to "PVRS" effective at the open of business today.

Providence is further pleased to announce that Harding Company, Providence's lease operator, has completed drilling and has set casing on Providence's first two horizontal Barnett Shale wells in Comanche County, Texas: Steward # 1H and Nowell # 1H. Both wells had good drilling breaks and gas shows in the Barnett Shale pay zone. The Barnett Shale is approximately 130 feet thick and, typical of the rock quality seen in core counties of the Barnett Shale, has black and "greasy" pay zone rock. Final results will be available after the wells are fraced, completed, and tested. Harding has scheduled the fracing on the first two wells in Comanche County for the first week of November. The third location, Patton # 2H in Comanche County, Texas, has been drilled vertically and is being analyzed at this time. Providence has also authorized Harding Company to drill a fourth well in Comanche County as part of the first four-well pilot drilling program.

Additionally, Providence is working with Harding Company to facilitate the installation of a gas pipeline and gathering system from the Comanche County wells to the nearest available pipeline. Initial testing and well evaluation will commence upon completion of the first phase of the pipeline.

Providence and Harding Company have also designed a 3D seismic survey to identify the multi-pay prospect potential in Val Verde County, Texas, including the Ellenberger, Strawn Carbonate, Strawn-Wolfcamp-Canyon Sand, with additional potential in the Fusselman and Devonian Carbonates. Prospective drill depths range from 3,500 feet to 16,000 feet. Harding Company is working with seismic acquisition contractors who will be available in January 2007 to begin seismic exploration of the prospect.
