Proposed New Board Members for Utfors AB.

STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2000

The following new ordinary board members will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Utfors AB (publ) on 26 May 2000:

--Daniel Hesse, who has for some months been President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Seattle- based TeraBeam Networks, which operates in the field of optical solutions for wireless high-speed access to telecoms and datacoms services. Daniel Hesse was formerly President and CEO of AT&T Wireless Services.

--Thomas Axen, Managing Director of Bonnier Morgontidningar AB and Chairman of the Board of Dagens Nyheter Dagens Nyheter  (DN) (Swedish: lit. "news of the day") is a daily newspaper in Sweden. , Sydsvenska Dagbladet and Marieberg International.

"In preparation for the planned stock market listing later this year, we are now strengthening Utfors' Board of Directors by adding spearhead expertise in certain crucial areas," says Harold Kaiser, member of the board of Utfors and Senior Partner at Litorina Kapital.

Daniel Hesse has considerable experience of the operator business and held several prominent positions at AT&T for 23 years. Hesse is a very well known name in the US, having, amongst other things, successfully built AT&T's mobile operator business into the US leader.
