Property trio join forces.
THREE of the best known names in the Midland retail property sector have joined forces to establish their own consultancy practice.
Guy Webber and Nick De-Pons, the former award-winning retail team at the Birmingham office of Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S. , have teamed up with Richard Bidwell, former head of Colliers CRE's retail team in the Midlands, to set up Bidwell Webber De-Pons.
The new practice is based at One Victoria Square and will focus on the retail development and leasing market.
Between them, the trio have amassed more than 50 years' experience acting for major High Street retail brands including Argos, Borders Books & Music, Dixon, French Connection, Next, Starbucks, TK Maxx TK Maxx is a chain of off-price department stores in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The company is part of the TJX Companies which also owns other department store companies such as T.J. Maxx. and Virgin.
