The property tour will take participants to American Can, a seven-acre landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places. On the other hand, Palmetto Creek Apartments is an all-new community of 216 luxury garden apartment homes in the fast-growing Elmwood Business District.

Finally, The Saulet ix one of the largest communities in New Orleans. It is located near the Mississippi River between the Central Business District and the lower Garden District.

American Can

American Can was once an industrial area where more than 1,500 workers made cans for storage of oil, beer, paint, carbonated beverages and coffee. This luxury property is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been restored according to the preservation guidelines established by the U.S. Secretary of Interior.
