In addition to the Trustee's office there are two other electronic payment services Electronic Payment Services (Chinese: 易辦事), commonly known as EPS, is the largest electronic payment system in Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen starting from 1985. The service is provided by EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited.  available to the citizens of Metro. Metro Water Services has just made it possible for citizens to pay their water bill by phone - 862-4600 - using VISA or MASTERCARD - with no convenience fee to the citizen. Also, unveiled last July, Metro surplus property can now be bid on by going to www.nashville.gov and clicking on the eBID icon. Additional Web payment options will be extended to other areas of Metro Services in the near future.
