NAA/NSC member Property Automation Software Corp. will now provide a free monthly newsletter containing selected information from its newly designed Web site, tenantlawcenter.com. Tenantlawcenter.com is an online resource for property managers, owners, and real estate professionals seeking information regarding everyday legal situations and regulations governing property and resident management. Users will now have the option to have content delivered to them in the form of a monthly newsletter via e-mail. The news items will include updates in property management legislation, new property management documents (new lease forms, pet agreements, etc.) and selected items from the popular "Ask the Lawyer" section. Although it is not possible to answer all the questions submitted, selected questions that are answered will be posted on site and electronically delivered to subscribers. The newsletter will also include licensed articles from Nolo.com written specifically to inform real estate professionals, owners and residents about key legal issues.
