Pronexus announces Utilities OnCall. (New Products).


Pronexus, Inc., a provider of interactive voice response (IVR (Interactive Voice Response) An automated telephone information system that speaks to the caller with a combination of fixed voice menus and data extracted from databases in real time. ) solutions, has announced the general availability of Utilities OnCall, an IVR solution for customer service in utility organizations. Utilities OnCall was designed to deliver faster recognizable benefits to utility organizations looking to reduce operating and agent costs and to increase customer satisfaction. The product combines a scalable architecture with a comprehensive feature set to help automate routine tasks, such as account and billing inquiries or meter readings.
