Completing the final step in a nearly three-year approval process, the Ossining Village Board has unanimously approved the site plan for Harbor Square, a $35 million mixed-used waterfront revitalization re·vi·tal·ize

Harbor Square, to be built constructed by Cappelli Enterprises of Valhalla, N.Y., provides for 60% of the site to be publicly accessible open space that will include a waterfront promenade, beach, fishing pier and open lawns. The developer will fund the $8 million for these amenities and permanently maintain the public areas.

Harbor Square will also include 180 residential apartments in two buildings, as well as 375 parking spaces, most of which will be in a garage on the lower three levels of one of the buildings. In addition, the project will include 14,167 SF of retail space, including a restaurant, a fitness center, and some small retail shops.

Harbor Square will also allow for direct access to the New York New York, state, United States
