The "less-than-truckload" (LTL LTL - Linear Temporal Logic ) carrier, which specializes in consolidating multiple shipments from different customers on a single truck, relies on FACTS to eliminate costly delays and delivery problems by integrating and automating administration, customer service and operations.

FACTS was selected from among 18 applications evaluated by Billings Transportation Group when the company decided to replace a proprietary software system for billing, pricing and tracking.
