Production Designer William J. Creber to Receive `Hollywood Film Festival's Richard Sylbert Outstanding Achievement in Production Design Award'.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2003

Three-time Academy Award-nominated Production Designer William J. Creber will be presented the Hollywood Film Festival's Richard Sylbert Outstanding Achievement in Production Design Award at the Festival's October 20 awards ceremony. The Festival's annual Production Design award was renamed last year to honor the memory of the late Production Designer Richard Sylbert.

The award will be presented to Creber during the Festival's black-tie awards ceremony banquet before a gathering of stars, celebrities, industry and guild executives, filmmakers and media, from the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills Beverly Hills, city (1990 pop. 31,971), Los Angeles co., S Calif., completely surrounded by the city of Los Angeles; inc. 1914. The largely residential city is home to many motion-picture and television personalities. . Previous recipients of this Festival honor are Production Designers Harold Michelson, Robert Boyle and Henry Bumstead Lloyd Henry Bumstead (March 17 1915 – May 24 2006) was an American cinematic art director and production designer. In a career that spanned over fifty-five years he won two Academy Awards: the first for To Kill a Mockingbird, and the second for The Sting. .
