Product Now Available Incorporating NCTI Cross-Licensed Flat Speaker Technology.

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1999--NCT Group, Inc. (OTCBB:NCTI) today announced that seven NXT licensees have developed product incorporating flat panel speaker technology. NXT and NCTI have a cross licensing agreement for this technology, and NCTI will receive royalties on all product sold which incorporates this technology.

The companies that have produced product are Mission Electronics, Gallant, Kodel, Fujitsu, NEC, Wharfedale and Benwin.

Products incorporating flat panel technology are: The Traveler portable stereo system by Kodel; the Mission x-Space three piece satellite/sub system; The Wharfedale LoudPanel(TM) picture speaker system; multimedia speakers from Benwin, Fujitsu and Gallant, and a widescreen front-projection TV screen with built-in left, right and center channel speakers from NEC.
