The Citadel[TM] CMF Four-Way Exercise system is a biomechanically correct system for sports training, activity simulation, and rehabilitation. The transducer slides across a guiding rod, maintaining a constant, uniform load through a full range of motion. The system consists of 2 Citadel[TM] CMF units with 4 transducers combined into horizontal and vertical modes. Two of the transducers are on a vertical pole in high and low positions; the other 2 transducers are on separate horizontal poles: one in the high position and the other in the low position.
