A Vibrato walking base has been fastened to the PRAFO toe extension plate to improve the toe-push portion of gait. An additional vinyl/Kodel[R] extension provides added plantar heel protection to ensure patient comfort. This orthosis features a custom-contoured and interchangeable metal heel connecting bar, an ergonomically designed foot plate, a calf-and-foot segment that can be custom-fitted, and an antirotation bar to control unwanted extremity rotation.
