Lite Gait[R] is a postural control device that helps patients perform partial weight-bearing gait training. It can be used over ground or over a treadmill with patients with a variety of impairments and severity levels. The amount of weight bearing can be adjusted from complete unloading to full weight bearing. Lite Gait[R] I has a battery-operated vertical lift that brings patients from a seated or supine position The supine position is a position of the body; lying down with the face up, as opposed to the prone position, which is face down.
