Producer Osco faces January sentencing on fraud conviction.


Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  movie producer William Osco was convicted in a U.S. District Court last week, along with his mother and a business partner, Robert Loya, on 18 felony counts stemming from illegal real property transfers and money skimming.
