& GAMBLE GAMBLE Game Based Learning , a U.S. consumer products company, will acquire 100% of Gillette, another U.S. consumer products company, in a deal valued at US$56 billion. Procter & Gamble expects that the merged company will save between $14 billion and $16 billion in costs. It also plans to cut 6,000 jobs, bringing the employee roster to 140,000.
