Under the agreement, P&G has exclusively licensed Weyerhaeuser under certain chemically modified cellulose fiber (CMCF CMCF Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia ) patents, and Weyerhaeuser has licensed P&G under certain of its particle binder patents.
