Probitas Partners Expands Its London Team.

LONDON -- Placement agent, liquidity specialist and alternative investment advisory firm, Probitas Partners, announced today that it has added Jonathan Leinmuller and FranE*ois Garcin to its London team.

With offices in London, New York and San Francisco, Probitas Partners continues to partner with top-tier general partners to place their funds and to offer institutional investors top quality liquidity management solutions. Most recently, the firm closed on the over-subscribed Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners II, L.P., a first time pan-European real estate fund with a target of e1/4300 million that closed last month on e1/4335 million.

Mr. Leinmuller, who joins as a Director, adds senior relationship management breadth and established general partner relationships to the London team, with primary coverage of the United Kingdom and Nordic regions. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Mr. Leinmuller was a Founding Partner of Matrix Private Funds Group, a joint venture with Matrix Securities, exclusively focused on funds placement. At Matrix, he was responsible for origination, due diligence, and distribution of international private equity partnerships to European investors with a specialist focus on country specific funds. Mr. Leinmuller was a Founding Partner of Eiger Capital SA, a Luxembourg-based Private Equity Fund of Funds, and was an Investment Executive for Abbey National Treasury Services plc. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Bristol.

Mr. Garcin, who joins as an Associate, will be responsible for relationship management for alternative investment fund placement and liquidity management. FranE*ois joins Probitas Partners from Carta Diem Private Equity, where, as an Associate, he advised General Partners and Limited Partners on private equity secondaries and private equity fund placement transactions. Mr. Garcin graduated with a Master's in Commerce, specializing in Finance at the Ecole SupE[umlaut]rieure de Commerce de Paris, France. He also read Commerce at the LUISS in Italy and Finance at the UniversitEnre Hochschule St. Gallen, Switzerland.
