ProCore Announces New Investment.


DETROIT -- ProCore (OTCBB OTCBB

:PCRG) announces Bereishis Investment Group (B.I.G.) has made an investment in the company of $330,000. This investment is the first of a series of investments B.I.G. intends to make into ProCore to further promote the business model the company is employing. "This is the second financial commitment and funding that we have received over the last couple of months. It is great to have investors who believe in our unique business model and are excited about participating in its success. This investment will allow ProCore to open the doors on its new order, processing, fulfillment and customer relations contact center in Southfield, Michigan Southfield is a city in Oakland County of the U.S. state of Michigan. It is a suburb of Detroit and is part of the metro Detroit area. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 78,296. Southfield Township is adjacent to the city on the north side. , which is scheduled to open February 1, 2005," says George Csatary, ProCore Interim Chairman.

Separately the Company has moved its headquarters to 26500 Northwestern Hwy, Southfield, Michigan in what is known as the LoanGiant Bldg.
