) announced today that the initial purchasers of its private offering of 3.90% convertible senior debentures due 2023 have exercised their right to purchase $7.6 million in additional debentures. Including the proceeds from the sale of the over-allotment, ProAssurance has raised $107.6 million though the sale of the debentures. The transaction is expected to close on Wednesday, July 16, 2003.
