Pro-Dex, Inc. Announces Appointment of Tim Hirou as Vice President of Business Development; Also Names Clinical Market Specialist for Branded Dental Products.

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- PRO-DEX, INC. (NASDAQ:PDEX) today announced the appointment of Tim Hirou as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Hirou joins Pro-Dex with more than 15 years of diversified experience in the sales and marketing of electric motors and motion control technologies. Most recently, Mr. Hirou was employed as Director of Business Development by ThinGap Technologies, a manufacturer of patented electric motor technology. Previously, Mr. Hirou held positions with Cymatix Corporation, Minarik Automation & Control and Motion Technologies, companies all specializing in motion control technologies. Graduating magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, Mr. Hirou holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Engineering.

Pro-Dex also announced the recent hiring of Karina Ozar as a Clinical Market Specialist, focusing on the growth and development of the Company's dental products branded under the Micro Motors label. Prior to joining Pro-Dex, Ms. Ozar was employed by J. Morita USA as a Product Specialist for the company's Educational Division. Ms. Ozar holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
