Private companies being asked about enhanced business reporting.

 Private Company Enhanced Business Reporting Task Force developed a series of sample reports that illustrate what enhanced business reporting would look like for privately held companies privately held company

A firm whose shares are held within a relatively small circle of owners and are not traded publicly.

As part of that effort, the task force has designed an online survey to collect opinions of preparers and users of business reports about the relevance, usefulness and effectiveness on the components of the sample reports.
