 industry. AAPPO is hosting this annual event to foster dialogue and understanding about the ways PPOs can improve service for their key partners in health care delivery - employers and payers.

Joseph Driscoll, PHCS President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and AAPPO Chairman, will deliver the forum's opening remarks on Wednesday. In his presentation, Mr. Driscoll will outline recent industry trends and new approaches in benefit design that can aid health care purchasers in managing costs while offering their members access to quality care.

In addition to Mr. Driscoll's presentation, PHCS Chief Marketing Officer James Herrington will moderate a panel discussion entitled "Guiding Employers Through the Benefit Continuum." Joining Mr. Herrington will be leading industry executives from AdvancePCS, Aon Consulting, Hobbs Group Employee Benefits, and Landacorp.
